             Nowadays women's getting out to work became a must. many reasons and factors lead to such phenomenon. people had various reactions toward the working women.  People were decided into two parts completely away from each other.

             Some people were refusing the fact that woman go out for work whatever was the reason. some of them that woman don't have to go to find ajob as she already has her original job .that is household. woman extreme happiness is to look after her houses affairs.In addition some people refused women working saying that the responsibility over her will be so heavy so she necissarily will not work well either at home or at work. What's more, her health will declare according to the great effort she makes. Also, a deviation in her kid's behavior will be noticable as she no longer looks after them.

             On the other hand so many people declared that they are with women's working.they had their reasons also.some of them said that getting a job will make a woman's life valuable . they may feel happy that they are playing a role in developing their country. what is really pleasant i that some of them looked to the case with a practical eye. They defended the working women saying that her job will bring money for her and her family . They dealt with the fact that none of us can give up money. Getting a job is very beneficial for the elder women and the unmarried. While they are working ,They feel that they are not alone in the life.

           To sum up, women's working became a phenomenon that no one can prevent . In my opinion, if a woman had to work she should organize her time very well . By doing so, she will never meet difficulties in either her personal or working life. she should admit that both her job and her family had some rights that she must be consious about.

" Air pollution "

            Air polution bacame a very dangerous phenomenon nowadays. A group of reasons are behind this phenomenon . among these reasons are cars,factors-especially chemical ones ,rubbish burning and even smoking . air pollution has affected us in a way that could be noticed in our daily life .

         When there is a traffic jam,  the amount of smoke getting out of cars is really noticable. However, cars are not the only sourece of smoke . one can not imagine this thick cloud of smoke getting out of factors,especioally the chemical ones. At some areas the way of getting over rubbish is by burning massive amount of it. Rural life also has a role to play with air pollution. In many rural areas people get over insects theat would be harmful to their yield by there use of insecticide  which has a negative effect over our environment. Even this tiny smoke getting  out from  a cigarette would affect our environment badly.

        High temperature is one of the direct effects of air pollution. What is more , this made accidents are more likely to occur . people's motivation to work has been decreased as aresult of high temperature . in addition , new diseases lead to an urgent need for new researches and experimrnts.

        According to the above mentioned , government  should put a new set of traffic rules . among these traffic rules should be the prohibition of petrol cars. Cars should work eithe rby gas or electricity . also ,government should look for a new way of getting over smoke getting out of factories . recycling rubbish would be among the possiblrsolutions of such a problem . media should play an effective role to make people more consious about the consquences of such a problem.

        Air pollution will not affect us but also the coming generations . as a result , getting a clear environment will not be the work of a certain institution but the work of all parts of society. The first step in dealing with air pollution will be by dealing with the reasons behind it.
